Baked Sweet Spring Rolls is a very simple recipe, kids love these kinds of recipes. Mothers can make this recipe for their children so that they finish their tiffin. Let's see what ingredients we need to make the recipe.
Preparation Time: 25 mins
Cooking Time: 15-30 mins
Ingredients
First of all, take cream cheese in a bowl (if you don't find cream cheese, you can use regular cheese/ fresh cream as a substitute for that). Now we will add raisins (kishmis), Walnuts (Akhrot), almonds (badam), pista, and kaju, and mix it well. To make it taste sweeter, add thick consistency, and to add caramelised flavour, we will use milkmaid. Mix the batter.
Take maida and add water to it, this will act as a glue for spring rolls. Take spring roll sheets and on three sides, apply the mixture of maida and water over it. Now place the filling, which we made above, onto these spring roll sheets (only a small amount so that it can be wrapped easily and take the shape of spring rolls). Wrap the rolls and apply the glue mixture (of maida and water) on the last side of the spring roll sheet and close it.
Now, grease baking tray with butter. Put the spring rolls on the baking tray and grease some butter over them. Bake them in a 180-degree pre-heated oven for around 10 minutes. Take the spring rolls out from the oven and serves it.
Serving Suggestion
Serve it with chocolate sauce, children are gonna love this.
